I guess I should be happy that I haven't seen this type of litter all over the place around here. :hmm Oh, there's litter for sure (I pick up a bag of it whenever I go out to trim back the plants on front of the property along the roadway :rolleyes:), but maybe people are clinging too tightly to their masks and gloves to just leave them wherever.
It wasn’t like tons of them or piles of it by any means but there definitely were at least a few sets right outside the doors or in the crosswalk :/ I waited till I got in the car to take mine off.

There’s definitely tons of littler all over here though. :(

All along the highway and side of the road. People toss stuff out of the cars. Often beer cans too.

There was actually this area down the street from me that I think is like a power line access trail or something and in a quiet spot and it was disgusting. Soooo much trash and there was even a mattress!!! And some wood and stuff too. People literally dump tons of stuff. Oddly it is right at the front next to the road too. You would think it would be down the trail and hidden more. Anyway, my point with this is they actually just recently FINALLY cleaned it all up. One good thing about this I guess. The stuff has been there forever.

@rosemarythyme
Well, we live in the country so most of the people in a 20 mile radius goes to that one store or the others around it. There is at least always 50 people in the store at once in the day time, and the limity is causing problems. All the canned foods are gone, which forces people to shop quite frequently. And also the limit in how much you can get is also causing problems with families that have many people. It's just hard to get food that doesn't run out in a week.

@sdm111 do you know how long I should wait after they mate to set eggs?

They already mated with my Cochins 😂
I wait 3 days. So let's say you put them together on Monday and they mate I'd throw eggs Tues and wed and start saving Thursday. That's if shes clean. If shes been knocking boots prior I'd wait at least 2 weeks possibly 3 if I had the time

Oh, I get that. I'm still needing to go to the stores 2 or 3 times a week since I eat a lot of produce. And some of my local stores are limiting items to no more than 2 of any given item. Plus for people with a limited pantry or refrigerator space, or larger families, it's impossible to store that much food, even if they can buy it all in one trip.

Yeah I have to admit I'm surprised that my state's numbers haven't swelled as much as predicted (granted, there's still a shortage of tests). Part of it is the WA started putting in restrictions earlier on than many other states, but a lot of states that got their first cases quite a bit later are really surging ahead. I was chatting with friends in NYC and Detroit last night, and of course those are two areas that are really being hit hard.

:eek:You forget to brush at night? Do you still have teeth?

I admit I've never really liked eating fruit, especially straight up (fruit cooked or otherwise prepared, like in desserts, salads, baked goods, I love) but definitely been eating a lot more of it lately. I know if I don't do anything about my sweet tooth, I'll eat too much stuff I shouldn't be eating.
AZ fairly quickly went to a stay at home order. People were being stupid at first. Hiking on trails and gathering in large groups waiting to take pictures in popular spots :rolleyes: Now the local stations are all telling us in PSA's tgat we're required to stay at home unless necessary and I think a lot of trails have been closed.

Ok I'll wait 2-3 weeks. She was mating with Squatch. Thanks for your help!

I’m hoping I won’t have to buy produce at the store this year. Growing tons of veggies this year. :lau
