I had vegan gumbo in Kentucky by people who moved there from Louisiana... It was the best gumbo I've ever had in my life!!!I like to have them in gumbo, in linguini with garlic Alfredo sauce, on a po boy sandwich, boiled in seasoning, tossed in butter and served on herb buttered angel hair pasta.......

The place we went to had vegan cornbread too. I was obsessed after the first biteI love a good gumbo. I cannot do rice anymore but dang a good gumbo would be worth it!
and nice crusty bread to soak up all that YUMMY sauce!
Boiled with potatoes, corn, sausage, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions, garlic, lemon halves and zatarans crab/crawfish and cayenne pepper. But not too much cayenne I like flavor with a little kick I dont like it to where it burns your lips off lolNow you’re making me hungry!!
