I have a sister that lives in Kentucky. When I got married we did it in Kentucky cause that's where my wife is from and I brought crawfish, jambalaya, I made roast beef poboys it was great. Especially teaching people how to eat the crawfish lol

Ugh my mouth is watering. I made red beans and rice thanks to talking about it way earlier in this thread. Now I want to make gumbo, but it's so time consuming. :p

I mix up my own creole seasoning since we're not exactly eating a lot of Cajun or Creole food up in the Northwest.

Man you guys are making me soooooooo hungry lol my mouth is watering!!! :lau :drool

@sdm111 I am the same way! Like a little kick now but still can’t handle too much. I didn’t used to like any spice believe it or not. :lau :hide now I do but not to the point of tears or burning 😂😂

I am growing cayenne peppers for the first time this year. I hope they do well. :fl

Did jalapeños last year but they didn’t do that great. Did get a few though.

They were way spicier than the canned ones I was used to :lau 🙈

Sure the cayenne will be same way. Actually spicy instead of just barely hot powder. 😂

hahaha ask our European members, especially from Scandinavian countries :)

I've tried it. It was tough to swallow. :D

When I lived in Germany we ate it all the time. It was good . But if you live there you get used to eating "clean" meat.

I hope so. I haven't seen her in a while.
She was on here this afternoon briefly and we did also text some earlier and she said she managed to find someone willing to see her tomorrow so hopefully she can get whatever it was fixed. :fl

Exactly!!! Speaking of which, I heard the reason we like sugar so much is that there’s nothing sweet that’s toxic. It was always a “safe” food. Don’t know if that’s true or not but interesting.

Texture is why I can’t do lobster or clams. :sick

Antifreeze? (I hope not anymore)
