Not sure that Joe Neighbor would appreciate me asking for young roos under 6 months so I can practice my dispatching and processing skills.
I figured if I had an incubator it could reduce my need for picking up meat chicks at the PO or being reliant upon grocery stores. I've got a decent sized Aussie Roo and a dozen hens but all of my hens are young, save a for 2 non-broody older girls.
All these years in chickens and I'm ashamed to say I've always relied on my broody hens to do the work. Which, until now has worked out great.

I've raised the CX meat chicks before but relied on local processors. Not sure how my ninny self could handle doing a large group of them in one day.
