I dunno...when I have to carry a shovel or a club in order to defend myself in my own pasture, on my own property...something is not quite right. Hard to love something that wants to rip your face off.

The roo picture I posted a few days ago, Ross -breed undetermined, was a wonderful roo and never once displayed aggression. He got plenty of human love, treats, and the opportunity to live out his years surrounded by loving hens and his own kids.
