No confirmed cases in my county or the surrounding counties. Went for usual food run and some other supplies. I was down to one roll of tp for 6* people (* people when the husband and daughter are home)
Here is what I saw

Plenty of
  • Paper towels
  • Napkins
  • Facial Tissue
  • Body wash/Soap
  • Shampoo/Conditioner

None to be found
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Rubbing alcohol (70 or 91 %)
  • Witch Hazel
  • Peroxide
  • Lysol (all forms)

Limited amounts of
  • Bleach
  • General Cleaners (IE PineSol)
  • Disinfectant Sprays
  • Laundry detergent
  • Bottled Water

Food items were plentiful. This same store had months of food shelves being bare and now suddenly they are stocked full. This is not my preferred store but I purposedly went to this store to see what was up. The shelves of food items that since last Spring were mostly empty are now fully stocked. Things that they always have had an abundance of are gone. Seemed like a weird thing to suddenly change. I was there just seven days before as I usually go shopping on Wednesday for Free Pie at the one restaurant and it is a good excuse to get some pie.
Things that make you go Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

hi guys!!
Here from Italy :frow:frow
i'm in a quiet zone, for now, no truly red zone, few cases. but we're all at home and we did some extra food shopping. Most of stores are closed and even schools. Crowds are forbidden with very strong fines and even complaint... in less words, we strongly should to stay at home.
At the moment i've not a direct experience of this virus..let's hope :fl:fl:fl:fl:fl:fl

I just heard that travel to the US from Europe has been suspended except from Great Britain. This also includes all trade.
What have you experienced, and are you experiencing shortages in your area? Have you been sick, or do you have friends or family that are?
Italy has closed commerce except for pharmacies and food stores.
So far so good. There is a shortage of disinfectant wipes. I use peroxide at home

Why are so many people stacking toilet paper?
I’ve been reading most people get a kind of flew with sneezing, coughing and fever. Didn't hear you can get diarrhoea from this Covid-19.
So imo mainly tissues and paracetamol are a good thing to stack. And of course soap or disinfectant to prevent contamination by hand to mouth contact.
