Poll: Are people making the coronavirus a bigger deal than it needs to be or Are we not making a big enough deal about it??
I think it depends on each individual perspective and what our situation is. My dad is 90 and has had valley fever in his lungs and pneumonia. It wouldn't be good for him. My husband has asthma, my grandson as well. Do I worry? Of course. Am I going to panic? No. I am going to limit trips to the store but we're not particularly social so that's our biggest risk.

I think international travel should have been stopped a long time ago and we're closing the barn door after the horse is out.

I haven't noticed any difference here. I have a month's worth of animal feed (maybe two months) and plenty of human food at all times, so honestly, I don't need to change my regular routine for anything less than the zombie apocalypse itself.
Ok then! We will notify you if zombies are seen!

The spreading goes by air too. How can you keep 2 meters (6-7’) distance in public transport, at work, shopping? Washing hands is not effective enough.

Probably depends on where you live (like in a big city it's 100% impossible), but I've had no issue staying 2 meters away from people here. Everyone's kinda walking around each other - not in a panicked way, just respecting personal space a bit more. No handshakes, my doctor and I waved at each other. Kids are still out playing (which negates the point of shutting down schools if they're all running between one another's homes).

Also I'm used to wearing gloves when I'm out - not because of virus fears but I suffer from chilblains so my hands have to stay covered from fall through spring. So it's sort of an extra layer of protection that I never thought about.

And we all always have fresh eggs 🥚.

I have fresh... egg! Got the first one of the season today, finally!

Apparently it is very infectious/contagious. Severity of disease seems to vary with older folks  with pre existing conditions most vulnerable to death. The Princess and I are simply using common sense and limiting social interaction - not difficult for me. She has tickets to a Broadway show next week, but apparently all shows have been canceled.
