My neighbors aren't quite that bad, but I did get the third degree once when I gave them eggs (free) that were mostly brown instead of blue because my blue layers happened to be going into molt. She never raised chickens but lectured me on the quality because of something her favorite celebrity chef had once said about blue eggs. When I nicely explained about the impact of a bird's living conditions, diet, and giving quality feed she started arguing with me.

Up to that point I had given them many many eggs, though mostly blue. Now I have only 1 blue layer so I don't feel bad for not offering them my inferior eggs anymore.

The guy behind me in line asked will you allow pick up or deliver? And the response was at the present time we do not have that capability. Mind you this is still all at the RUMOR level.

I've got a farm account with them and had heard the rumor as well. A few days ago they sent out an email communication saying they intended to stay open. However things are changing rapidly so I'd really like to know what else you might pick up via the grapevine.

Florida heath officials say that they've found the virus or exposure to the virus in 19 senior living facilities. That's 19 separate senior housing sites full of the most vulnerable.

In contrast, in WA which has to this point reported the highest incident of Covid-19 cases, the outbreak began in a single senior living facility.

I can’t speak for every senior living but from the ones my dad has worked over the years, he tells me how poorly they are cleaned and treated, so I’m not surprised that it has managed to worm itself into places like that if they aren’t sanitizing the poor older people.

Speaking of eggs and neighbors.....my next door neighbor asked if my hens are laying....ya know cause the stores are sold out.

I will count the $ I spent building my big coop as well spent! I have enough eggs for us and several other families.
