What you're missing is percentages. You need 60% minimum alcohol content to be effective......1/3rd cup Aloe to 2/3rds cup alcohol making one cup total with 2/3rds of it being alcohol IS 2/3rds alcohol or am I missing something....
I have never seen 91% or higher alcohol for sale to the general population......

Seems legit to me....
So if you have a bottle of 70% alcohol and you take two parts of that and one part aloe you have 70%+70%+0% alcohol content divided by three. Which means your hand sanitizer is only 46% alcohol, WAY below the suggested limit.
