Not a bad idea in my opinion.

I managed to get 16 pallets for the quack shack.....17 if we count the one my shavings hoard is sitting on....
I need more shavings soon.

My flock is getting pizza today... If anyone has a problem I don't care 😂 they deserve a treat. My husband's work has tons of leftover pizza they're going to toss.

Oh, we cook a lot of curries in our house. There's no one recipe. We don't always think of it like this in the US but curry is a genre of food that spans across a lot of cultures. Kind of similar to sandwiches, or soup. It's hard to say "Share your one sandwich recipe" or "share your Soup Recipe with me". Which one should I share?

Like sometimes we do curries that are made with coconut milk and basil. Some are made with tomato and butter, some are spicy, some have no dairy, some have no (nightshade) peppers at all. It also doesn't help that we've been cooking curries for years. We often just shake in spices until our soul tells us to stop. :p

But generally if you make a curry you can just sub out the meat for chickpeas, add them a little later in the recipe, and it works really well.

We like butter chicken a lot;

This recipe is dairy free;

Japanese curry is always a fan favorite. It's a little sweeter than indian curries;

For curries calling for coconut milk you can substitute with almond milk. I'm allergic to coconut so I had to adjust my recipes. I prefer lentils (Dal) to chick peas. But they are still good. Also have used a pork vindaloo recipe and swapped out the pork with fried tofu. Very tasty.
In response to the sourdough starter. If you go to the King Arthur Flour website they should have the directions for making and caring for your own sourdough starter. My starter is 13 years old now and very nice.

Princess caught me spraying the mail (we received packages) with Lysol. She thinks that I am overreacting. :idunno
Virus doesn't live too long on non-living surfaces so if you're just doing the outside cause of the mail carrier it makes some amount of sense.

You're lucky we can't find TP anywhere
My dad went to 3 different grocery stores today and every single one was sold out of paper towels and TP :th

Might try some other stores later on. I just got chicken feed at our local feed store and now I’m at TSC getting a bigger feeder for the boys lol

So husband's work closed the doors and they're getting a porta potty for customers to use they want ZERO customers in their building.

All sales are done outside and only the employees are allowed inside the building.

What kind of business?

Think you cook the same as me 😂 I can use coconut milk but I have none here so I can't right now with this craziness with groceries going on.

Maybe I'll make myself a curry with lentils this week.

I use my chickpeas for chickpeas tuna

Oh nice! So how will they pick? Order online?
Everyone who goes there knows what they're ordering most have been customers for 15+ years. They have order sheets and salesmen that deal with sales.

My husband runs the warehouse. He's just leaving their orders outside then they back their truck up and he loads it with his machinery then they leave.
