I haven’t been in the store since this hit, but they are limiting how many people/ customers can be in the store at one time and have wipes for the carts, which is pretty standard for most stores in Massachusetts. And there’s no need for PPE in a grocery store. Just keeping it clean.

Stores here are OUT of cart wipes. The only store I saw being proactive was Costco with a person assigned to wipe down cart handles before customers got a cart. They were using a disinfectant and cloth rag.

Oh and the gas station has 2 people assigned to wipe pump handles, touch screens and key pads.

I’ve made gluten free cakes, muffins and pie crusts, just a new learning curve. I haven’t tried making gluten free bread because I have no need.
Not sure how you meant "just a new learning curve" and I don't intend to be contrary, but I've been at this for 15 years now. Long before good recipes were invented or easy to find mixes could be had on grocery store shelves, Whole Foods (and the like) or even online places like Amazon. It has taken years to be able to make and bake items that are on par with their regular wheat or gluteny counter parts. :D

Sarah, since most stores are out of sanitizer, they've been switching to using gloves at some stores. Some. Not everyone is being provided with that.
I will not presume to know what every store is doing to handle this “crisis.” What I can say is that this specific store is well managed. Clearly you are not a fan of TJ’s that’s OK. Don’t shop there. I shop there for some of my groceries because the prices are good, they offer more sustainable seafood options than any other store I have found, have fewer food recalls and the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. But maybe that’s just Massachusetts.

???? I don't mind TJs at all. I shop there sometimes they have good food. I was saying don't break a picket line and sharing information that strikes might happen so their employees, who are classified as necessary workers, can get safer working conditions and better wages. I'm sorry if I offended you somehow. I just think the workers out there right now facing COVID down in high-exposure conditions deserve a lot of respect and any support we can give them at all. Including respecting any picket lines.

I know a lot of grocery workers. They need our support now more than ever. They're having a rough time.
