I picked up the lumber I needed from Home Depot yseterday.
They have cones and yellow tape out front. Cones were set 6' apart and were allowing one person in for each that came out.
Driving past Sprouts.....now THAT was scary. They sell mainly fresh produce and bulk bins of dry goods. There was not a single open parking space in the lot. I had never seen it so packed before. I don't plan to go in there for a looooong time after seeing that madness.

Since moving, I am no longer near a Sprouts, but I can believe it! I am trying to avoid stores as much as possible. My husband was saying even Circle K has tape for social distancing...but they are small gas stop stores...not that much room anyway

I liked to read this thread when it was all about Covid-19 and what people experienced in their day to day life. But I find sharing recipies, baking popcorn and loving cookie dough not so very interesting to be honest.

Could you please make a new thread on hobby’s or bakery things during this crisis, and leave the thread for sharing news, ehat you encounter and dealing with Corona?

Sorry for the confusion @BDutch, but this is how many of us are dealing with the coronavirus pandemic.

Good morning. Here's the latest from Massachusetts: 1838 confirmed cases of coronavirus, only 15 deaths so far. We don't have a shelter-in-place order, however our Governor has issued a stay-at-home advisory. Only essential businesses remain open. Getting out yesterday gave me some comfort that my regular grocery store is still managing their stock well and keeping their store clean. I don't have any plans to venture out for the next 3 weeks. I am considering buying an incubator if there are any available. But I can do that online. Stay safe and keep washing those hands.

Sorry, if it bothers you, this is my coping mechanism, being quarantined inside!!! There's enough false statements from our leader to make matters worse. I'm not letting my 14yr old daughter go back to school until I feel it's safe. She might not go back until fall. As an ICU RN with 25yrs experience, I think this is just the beginning Folks!! It really hasn't spread to the middle of the country yet, It's on both coasts and the numbers are rising daily. We had to rent Ventilators during an especially active INFLUENZA outbreak in the past. US hospitals do not have enough Ventilators to handle the number of patients who need them. That's the TRUTH. Hospitals have been running on bare-bones equipment because of the cost. It's hard to justify equipment sitting idle waiting for a pandemic. I don't blame hospitals, I blame the government.
