I've finally gotten pretty good at omelets! Shredded cheese, spinach, sauteed onions, maybe a little chopped lunch meat (smoked chicken), a smear of Pace salsa on top, oh baby! 🤤

I'm a scrambler myself. Even when I eat out I opt for scrambles over omelets. Making an omelet is just extra work!

Otherwise I take the same approach, grab some random cheese, random meat bits, some veggies. I think tomorrow I'll do a Denver scramble.

When you go out into public PLEASE wear a mask! You have no clue if you are a carrier of the virus and you have no idea if the people around you are carriers. My husband is fighting a re-occurrence of cancer and we are both over 60. Others may have babies at home, have their parents living with them or facing a serious health problem. :he:old

I ordered 28 and got 33 from Cackle yesterday, and all are doing great so far! Love all the cute babies...
I will be selling chicks later too.

That’s awesome!! I got 9 yesterday. Ordered 8 but I originally wanted to/thought I did order 9 so it’s perfect. :lau the extra one is the breed I wanted one more of LOL

I used to love scrambled eggs and that was always my go to but I guess I’ve had them so much I’m completely sick of them now and actually sometimes really do get sick eating them. :lau I’ll get like nauseous and can’t finish them lol so I’ve been making more omelettes and fried eggs lately šŸ˜‚šŸ™ˆ

I especially hate restaurant scrambled eggs. They’re barely even eggs :lau

I have a feral cat that I got four years ago and I am absolutely in love with him. His name is Jack after Jack Skellington and he is probably one of the best cats I've ever met in my life. It's not just because he's my cat, he just had such a bad reputation and I feel like he never got a chance. The vet that I got him from was trying to find him a home before Christmas and no one wanted him so when I was looking through craigslist just browsing, I saw this cute cat. I went to the vet and they warned me that he bites and scratches people, so I sat on the floor and let him come to me. He laid on my lap and purred so loud, he has not stopped purring since šŸ˜

There is so much that everyone can do to help out our world at this time.

I have really enjoyed giving away eggs to people. The cost of my chicks are more than half the price of what I usually charge because I just want people to have something to do. A lot of kids are at home until next school year and I think it's very educational for parents to raise chickens or ducklings with their kids.

I give mine away too. When I had brought them in to work , free, no one took them trying to be generous (?) So I charged $.50 a carton and they disappeared every day!

Hi Martha! I'm in SE MO, am over 65 and have health issues myself. Have been living as much like a troglodyte as possible for weeks. But only finally got hold of good masks for myself and DH this morning, hooray! One of my egg customers sewed some and I got a couple from her. There is talk of "opening up" the country, or more specifically, our state, and it kinda gives me the shudders. You better believe I'll be wearing a mask for a while! Best wishes to you and your husband! Take care! :hugs
