"Tolerant neighbors", I would say so!I made the mistake of separating a breeding pair to my front porch (the coops are in the back.) Never again (yeah, right!)! The crowing wars were like "Dueling Banjos" ALL DAY LONG! Worse, any time car headlights came by at night, it started all over again, no matter the hour. At the time, including my bachelor flock, I had NINE roos in the back yard. I am doubly blessed with ever-tolerant neighbors!

Update on "Sunshine". She's sitting in a laying box now, and doesn't want to go out of the barn/coop. No, she's not laying, or sitting on eggs. I just checked.Thank you. I just checked up on Sunshine. She's not dying quite yet, shes still walking and scratching around, with all the others. Her weakness, sneezing and coughing is a major concern though. We are so selfish and it is honestly disgusting to me.
I could care less if I don't get my hair cut ever again if that meant that it would save people's lives.
I could care less if I never have to walk into a grocery store again and I have to do pick up every single time, If it would save people's lives.
The only thing I care about is that people are not dying because I care about other human lives. I don't care that they are saying that I need to stay isolated or that I need to wear a mask.
My youngest was telling my father that he looks stupid in his mask and my father said that is okay because everyone else looks stupid with youI absolutely love my dad and how he thinks
I just don't understand how people cannot care about another's life. It makes no sense to me.

In addition to that I also moved something and had like at least 3, maybe 5, rats all stampede out and scurry under the coop and found a dead one too so that was LOVELY.

I’m okay though. It’s actually quite funny. One of my chickens was being mean to the new ones so I chased her to give her a taste of her own medicine except I wasn’t paying attention to where I was going and also forgot I had the hose on so the grass was all wet so I slipped on the hill (which was like a slip and slide) and completely face planted into the ground
