We went there a few times as a kid and it was alright but those animatronic things creeped me out đŸ˜‚đŸ¤£

If you really want to creep yourself out, play (or watch someone play) any of the video game versions of Five Nights at Freddy's. Premise being: the animatronics come alive at night and will kill anyone in the facility.

Boston Chicken in our town has shut their doors - the first of many to go.

I really worried that a lot of the small local chains or mom & pop stores wouldn't survive this, but a lot of the ones in my area seem to be hanging in there. My regular breakfast joint has even reopened, and most of the staff came back, which is great to see.

Oh wow that sounds absolutely terrifying!!! Hahah

And I’m worried about two new pet stores that just recently opened up here :(

I can’t stand that game đŸ˜‚ definitely creeps me out

Definitely won’t be playing then đŸ˜‚đŸ¤£đŸ˜‚đŸ™ˆđŸ™ˆ

I even jump for lame jump scares in regular TV shows đŸ˜‚đŸ¤£
My oldest played that game a few years ago and I couldn’t stand it. I always died in it đŸ˜‚ Only horror type movies I don’t mind are vampire ones or werewolves. Those don’t bother me.

I no longer shop at WalMart unless I absolutely have to. I have no problems with Wally World, but they made their money during the height of the closures, while the smaller venues didn't have the manpower to stay open. Our local stores are beginning to carefully open their doors again. Small Town America will not survive unless the patrons return. In my little corner of the world, everyone knows the owners or the workers or the children of the local businesses - and most of us are committed to keeping our friends and neighbors afloat.
I'm not quite ready to go "social shopping," so for now I'm sticking to our smaller grocery and the farmers' markets (YAY! They're BACK!) but it's SO nice to see familiar faces out sweeping the sidewalks in front of the deli and the antique stores and the neat little specialty shops. I may venture out a bit mid-week, when the tourists and the weekend boaters are all working-from-home.

That’s why we have been eating at a local restaurant who ran a skeleton crew during the closure. It’s family run and they’re amazing. The owner was actually the only one cooking the other day. I gave them a nice big tip.

Hahah oh wow that would be frustrating!!! Haha and nopeeeeee!!!! Can’t do those either!!! I don’t eff with vampires LOL cannot do anything ghost/paranormal/demon related either đŸ˜‚đŸ¤£đŸ™ˆ

For those of you with human littles, Chuck E. Cheese's is on the verge of filing for bankruptcy. It's doubtful they will return after the lockdown.

As the song prophesied:
"It's The End Of The World As We Know It!"
Never been. Kiddo's allergies and my fear that everything was covered in cheesey goo.
I did appreciate Pizza Hut and the like though when I was younger and ate pizza frequently. And while we don't really eat out, I feel bad for all the mom and pop shops, small eateries, and local coffee houses. All local businesses really. Some big ones, but more so for the little ones.
