I can’t wait until I actually have tomatoes to cook! All my plants have a ton of tomatoes but none are red yet just green ones

You ever had pickles? If so what style and flavors have you enjoyed? I can very easily draw a parallel to texture and flavor to some variety of cucumbers that have been pickled to that of green tomatoes.

I like Wickles pickles. They’re spicy and hot. I like bread and butter as well and dill. Bourbon pickles are good too.

Then I highly recommend you find some pickled green tomatoes. You should *easily* find the texture and flavors palletable(sp).
