Stay confident, Cynthia. Tell the d-i-l's sister and roommate to stay isolated as much as possible. When I had a scare and isolated myself from my husband, he put a small table outside the door and placed meals, etc. there for me to retrieve after he had left. Of course, cell phones provide good, clear, well-distanced communication. ...even from room to room. The roommate should have a spray bottle with a bleach solution to clean anything she touches. ...especially if they'll still have to share a bathroom.

Some new studies out of England are indicating that aspirin, yes, ordinary aspirin can be helpful. They might both start taking it prophyllactically. And melatonin, as well, shows indications that it MAY provide some benefits. It could be that better sleep helps the body to cope most effectively but they also speculate that melatonin is something taken by more health conscious people who are less likely to let themselves get exposed and may have better recuperative powers. That much isn't clear to them yet, merely that there's a statistical dip in instances in people who take it. In any case, melatonin isn't something that could do any harm.

I’ve seen the same said with Vitamin D.

Today.... I stacked wood. A lot of it. I must have stacked half a cord at least. Tomorrow I would do it all over again but I'll be stuck in a car all day instead. Then sunday I have an anniversary to celebrate. So back to stacking wood on Monday. I hope the person who I meet tomorrow wears a mask. I don't have high hopes.

Can't go anywhere or do anything with G for my 11th anniversary with him. :( Pretty bummed but we'll have a nice day in instead. I have sneaky plans to make him a box with all his favorite non-perishable snacks and paste pictures of us from our relationship on the lid and be all cheesy. Should be OK.

Very good and relevant advice here! 😊 I’d have to disagree with the aspirin advice though. They should check with their doctor before taking aspirin as it can cause harm in some people. Just because it’s over the counter doesn’t mean it’s harmless.
Current medical advice even has changed recently about aspirin as a prevention for heart attacks and strokes. It is only recommended in certain people who’ve already had a heart attack or stroke in those cases.
I can see how it could be helpful as an anticoagulant/anti-inflammatory effect in those cases where people have an over active immune response to the virus.😊

How do I show love?
Care pack for wife & daughters.
It all has purpose.

Intentionally.
Some food, fun, and modest care.
This, through quarantine.
Wow, thank you, so much.
Two Haikus, with so much meaning and love. Future generations studying the total crap-scape of 2020 should read these few lines to realize we all still care about each other.

Finished my drive!

Lady wasn't wearing a mask. No surprises, got in and out fast and kept my distance and wore my mask.

Someone had to be thrown out of my partners work for not wearing a mask. He was escorted out by the cops bodily screaming about "freedom". Some folks be cray.
