Technically people live without phone, electricity and walk a mile to the river to get water.... But we tend to think of them as necessities ... Can't apply for jobs, housing and lots of things without internet anymoreIf mine goes up I'll simply cancel it. I dont need it anyways. Phone works great. Its a luxury item and always has been. They made it a necessity.
Ours is at 3.69 the last I sawNice thing happening here! Our gas prices are 10 & 11 cents down a gallon.
There are utilities and there are necessities. The internet was never considered a "utility" until now. You can still apply for jobs without the internet...just have to walk in and ask. Same as always. If they say "oh well its all online" just say "i dont have access to it" and I guarantee you they will give you a print applicationTechnically people live without phone, electricity and walk a mile to the river to get water.... Nice. It's $2.64 near me right now. There were places in MO where it got up to $3.99, but never around here. I think I saw it go over $3 briefly around April or May. Like $3.05, maybe.

Most places do on line only now. When you ask them for an application they almost laugh at you. Home Depot, Lowes ,Walmart ect have computers set up to place your online application. You do have to have an e-mail account to find out if you're hired are not. There are utilities and there are necessities. The internet was never considered a "utility" until now.
