I'm starting to suspect that she's Coturnix coturnix and not Coturnix japonica, and consequently regretting having taken her 2 eggs and put them in the fridge with the chicken eggs, though I do love coturnix eggs especially at allergy season. It seems as if all that she'll eat is corn scratch and mealworms, and am wondering if oyster shells, wheat germ, or non-medicated organic pullet grower feed is safe for her.

Well, if she is to lay regularly, then she NEEDS the oyster shell (or some other calcium source). Wheat germ and pullet grower is also fine, but not going to be high enough protein. The mealworms are going to help up the protein, but their fat content is pretty high, so not the best source of protein. Most feed a game bird or turkey feed that is going to be in the 28-30% protein range. Can you buy that?
