I have a hen that seems to be coughing but nothing else appears to be wrong. No eye problems, no visible drainage and she's still eating and drinking normally. I ordered some Vet rx on Amazon but would this be something that needs an antibiotic or is there any other natural remedies I should try? Any advice appreciated!

Is taking her to a vet an option?
Have your read anything about Gapeworm?

Could it ne sneezing or snicking--sort of a high pitched noise every so often? That can be infectious bronchitis, but it does usually spread throughout the flock over several weeks, and lasts about a month. There is a good link by the University of Florida if you Google "common poultry diseases." It gives symptoms of mycoplasma (MG,) coryza, ILT, and infectious bronchitis, which are some of the common causes of respiratory problems.

I do have a good vet she can go to. I just noticed it yesterday so I wanted to get some opinions because I've read so many different things. I just looked up gapeworm and that could be a possibility. I haven't notice her shaking her head though. I will keep an eye out for that. Thank you!

I haven't noticed a high pitch noise but there is definitely a noise when she does it, but it's hard to describe. I will google that article to see if I can narrow it down. Thank you!

I have a hen who coughs/sneezes all the time. Last year I noticed my rooster wheezing so I went and bought Duramycin-10 and treated that coop. My rooster continued to wheeze until we put him down a year later. At that time I notice my hen coughing sneezing. (she was in the coop that got treated with antibiotics. A year later and she is still coughing but it seems to get worse when she sits on the ground. Yes I did retreat with antibiotics and there has been no change - not getting better and not getting worse. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
