My post office opens abit later than most being a tiny town so I got the call at 707am.. Hope you hear soon. My postmaster kept the box under 2 heat lamps I thought that was very nice.

Mine doesnt open till 8 am either but she called me as soon as she got them and let me in. She said th edriver kept them warm too becuase they were warm when he handed them to her..Wow that is nice!!

Oh so stressful!Still no call...
I've just moved my 1.5 week old babies to the barn in a pen. They were all fine and sleepy this morning. They were quickly outgrowing their play pen. I have 23 little chicks that age.Oh so stressful!
Good luck with your expected delivery and hope it all goes smoothly. I am only 11 weeks into raising my small flock, learning as I go, and enjoying the last 2 weeks since my girls, (and one suprise Roo), have been moved out to their permanent coop and run.
Let us know how it goes Sally, and post pics of the new babies, can't wait to see what you are going to get in that mystery delivery!
