I'm really excited too. Mine should be here February 20th. I have 27 various breeds coming. My first chickens! We just bought our chicken tractor this past weekend. I can't wait!

Congratulations! Last March was my first time getting chickens (I'm forever changed!) I got a bunch of different breeds this time too. 11 different breeds! I'm now at day 45. I think keeping up with it, is making the days pass slower!

This is my first year, I can't wait either.We finally moved to the country last spring and had to prepare the property last year. My kids and I made our list and I will put the order in next week for a March delivery if possible. One of the chickens my oldest daughter wants is limited availability for that delivery week so if it's not availale I will bump the delivery until I can get her the one she picked. I let my kids each pick a chicken to call their own, then I have 4 mixed brown egg layers, 1 rooster and 7 butchers. We can't wait. We're also getting goats this spring, this is going to be an exciting year.

Lucky. I wish I would have ordered earlier that way they would be here sooner. March.22 was the earliest I could get mine from the hatchery I ordered from.
