Me & my kids' chicks should be here in less than a week(Feb. 14th)! We are all excited. This is a first for us & we can't wait. Got the brooder finished last night & will be working on finishing the hen house & run for the next few weeks after.
We got 12 Ideal 236, 12 Black Australorps, & 12 Ameraucanas on the way!!!......Did we pick good layers?

First little baby! Day 20 and so far 9 pips and 1 hatch. I wouldn't quite put this little guy in the fuzz butt category yet... =P

This is my first hatch ever so I'm really excited! He hatched really fast. It was only about 6 hours from pip to hatch.
