I don't know if it's an EE or not but, it has a rooster look to it.

I truly hope it is not an "Easter Egger" I don't think we could get more ORDINARY than an EE. I hope it turns out to be an Andalusian or something more unusual. I think I might never order from this Hatchery again if they think an EE is "Rare and Exotic" I DO agree, it's a Roo. It even has the personality of one already.

Andalusians are single combed and have white skin. They also only come in Blue/Black/Splash.
