BYC... How do I get my new chicks 4.5 months old to go in the coup with older chickens? They are sleeping outside at night!

What’s your setup like? I usually have to train young birds to go inside at night by picking them up and putting them through the door before I close up the coop.

Photos of coop? How big is it, how much roost is there, how many birds do you have (adults and babies)? I assume they're integrated with adults already in the run/free range area?
