I read the thread B4 I looked at the boots. I was surprised to see Roper as a brand rather than a style.
Yes, those are cute, but dang, high heel and pointy toe? OUCh!
I wear ropers, but their made by Ariat. Rounded toe, lower heel, most comfortable boots I've ever had.
Too tall, too pointy, too high a heel for wearing it anywhere in comfort...even dancing. I like a roomy toe box and a low and underslung heel if I'm wearing boots. For working, I like Wellingtons.
I think as far as quality Roper is the better choice. Also they are more unique. I dont like pointy toes myself but on some people they look nice with long skirts.I am thinking my next pair will be Justin Bent Rail in blk/white. My last pair is 10 years old, Justin Teckno crepes and I love them.
I love my plain jane Justin's Ropers, no fancy stitchworks and they are durable to ride around! I do not like narrow toes because they would pinch the toes and be very uncomfortable.
