cracked egg-day 14 whats this mean??

today is day 14 for my chicken eggs there was one egg that has a crack in it well i candled today and the egg that had a crack has a dark spot (good) but right at the beging of the crack inside is a small very very black spot imean very dark spot thats about the size of a pencel eraser. whats that mean?

probably bacteria or something growing that came in thru the crack... did you candle before putting them in the bator...? i don't put cracked eggs in there before i incubate...

no i didnt candle before theincubation period i did candle it on day eight and the spot was not there though i could see the egg was fertile and good.

i candle before putting eggs in the bator... sucks, because the ones i really want to incubate, always have cracks in them...
