I feel alittle bad about it too, but I just dont want to work on it, maybe one day.......

I have a blanket that's premade, all my mom had to do was follow the directions on what color string to put on so n so line.. right?
It was for my oldest, when I first found out I was preg... she turned 6 in October... it is maybe 2 colors done? lol
My grandmother gave me an afghan that she had started years ago, but her macular degeneration took hold too fast, that she couldnt finish it.. My job was to finish it before the oldest was born... I gave it to her for an early 6th birthday present! lol
And, I also have a queen/king sized afghan that I started over 10 years ago... I refuse to finish the last 3 rows.. takes over an hour to get halfway done with one side!

it has been a few years so i can't remember, lol but does anyone know how big to make a baby quilt to make sure it fits over a carrier carseat? i need to know how big to make my NB neices quilt i'm makeing her.
thanks for any help!!

My guess would be if ya want it to drape completely over the carrier,, 2 feet wide by 3 feet long.. not sure, been a few years since I lugged one of those kinds. dont forget the hole in the middle to grab the handle, they tend to slip grip if you grab blanket instead of handle. Scared the turds outta me when I did it the first time with each kid. ACK! Good thing they werent that high off the ground. lol

The girls still have two of the baby quilts I had for them out to play with their babies. The measure roughly 3 ft wide and 3 1/2 ft long. Each one was a little bit different but that would be the average between the two-I think the difference is the patterns used.

Kute Kitten wanted me to make her a vest like the one she used to have (Peanut now has it). No pattern, I just looked at the old one for guidence and used a T-shirt to measure size. She likes it. And yes, it's on the hanger crooked.
