here is a spring dress i just made for my neice shilia. it has spring colored stripeing w/ panda bear pockets and matching straps. the bottom is trimmed in green ribbon w/ matching ribbon on front tied with a green/red femo butterfly.

The kids and i are aworking on a more old fashioned scrapbook right now. I expect it to take about a year to do. It's our garden through the year. Calendars, schedules, seed growth, the hens weeding, etc etc etc. We are sort of copying a style that my mother might have used....newspaper clippings, random thoughts here and there (regarding the overall theme or topic), photos with written descriptions, and such. We are using a regular spiral bound scrapbook available at Walmart, and some of the work is on scrapping paper then applied to the page, some written directly on the pages itself. It's kind of a hodge podge, but it's our hodge podge.
