At least going by color, I'm going to say its male. But I would still post on the Legbar thread and see what other people think.

I have seen cream legbar chicks like this that end up being hens. The two pretty distinct colors on the back would lead me to believe that you have girl.

My two little chicks have been growing very well! As an update for anyone who is curious, the white chick is starting to look more hen like in comparison to the other chicks who is going very red in the face and growing wattles!
