I know right? I was expecting 50/50. I still have 3 more of her eggs in the bator from different days. Will beinterested to see if I get any boys at all. Maybe the last 3 will be all boys, LOL!

Familypendragon, do you use ACV in the water? I've read where the continued use of the ACV changes the internal acidity or something of the mother, causing a marked increase in the amount of female offspring. I believe it's well documented in rabbits and other animals, and some have been wondering if this would spill over into chicken breeding. Or you just may be really lucky!

I don't - though I have thought it would be a good idea to start for the health benefits from what I've read.

Hi folks:

I just had my first three eggs hatch from a CCL roo over BOs and GLWs...my little ones look nothing like the ones above but the yellow ones have a black dot on their head and the black one has a white mark....pics below.....opinions welcome....
