My parents still believe that shes a roo... how to convince them? ?
My guess is that they will continue to think she is a rooster right up until she lays her first egg. The reasons that we say she is a hen are the lack of a rooster size comb, the lack of the pointy saddle feathers and the lack of rooster type hackles for the neck feathers.

Yes everything screams pullet with her. R2elk is correct she doesnt have any of the rooster hackle or saddle feathers or a cockerel size comb and wattles.
But besides all that. She is a sex link because of the barring that her mother had. Barring is sex linked when you cross a non barred rooster over a barred hen.
Barred hens pass the barring gene to their sons but cant pass it to their daughters. Your rooster isnt barred so he cant pass the gene to either. Therefor pullets will not be barred but cockerels would be. No barring equals pullet.
Also you cream legbar is wild type/ duckwing patterened. Your rooster is based on wheaton pattern. Wild type is dominate over wheaton so the wild type pattern will show over the wheaton. Even though wheaton isnt showing with both patterns the males and females look completely different. Look at creasted cream legbars. If you strip away the barring and add some gold coloring you have what your pullet is. First thing that always jumps out to me with the wild type pattern is that hens have the red chests while males have black chests.
Time for you to school your parents about some chicken genetics
