If you're trying to figure out the sex of chicks at hatch, then your best bet would be to get yourself a red rooster and put over the Silver Leghirn pullets. You'll have yourself some red sex links.

Looks like I may do that instead.. I guess I was hoping for a single comb blue egg laying sexlink..
So I guess I'll settle for the red sexlink

If you really want that blue eggshell gene, there are usually plenty of Easter Egger boys available.
One of my sexed Easter Egger 'pullets' ended up being a gorgeous dark red rooster.
