I like the way you said that..

I had my doubts as to it being a legbar too.... When showing a picture show the head from the top, not behind, so we can see spot/v and chipmunk lines...then a profile picture so we can see the eye liner...

Female - The Black Vee on the top of the dead is the marking of a pullet. The pullets are have the black lines for the corner of the eyes and the strips down the back.

Here is the top view of a pullet (left) and cockerel (Right).

Male or female?

The males are an over all lighter body color than the females and all the stripes that are drak and crisp on the pullet are dull and blurred on the cockerel. The cockerels also should have a more visible white head spot.

Hey Creambar people..

I need your help, I want to have enough birds for a pre-qualifier at the Minnesota Poultry Show Oct 27-29..

We need 4 birds in each class

Cocks
Cockerels
Hens
Pullets.

I can get all of them except cocks, mine are extremely winter trimmed.... I am even going to try and show them, but I only have 3 cocks....

If you think you could show, or need help, Please let me know!

Ralphie, mine are sadly also winter trimmed, and badly in need of a molt. I would love to though, some day.... Over the rainbow...
