I have no idea. Im having the hens brought back to me incase of sickness. Now I need to find another rooster

Is there a possibility of having a necropsy done? I wouldn't even know how to start, or if it's affordable.

Check with your State Vet office. Most States have something setup to do a necropsy. Here in Virginia, they will do it for free.

garydean just told me some places. One costs just too much and one is too far I have no one to take them.

I just PM'd you the information for a Poultry Vet that we take our chickens to. We have had them do necropsies for us and I would highly recommend them.

he was my only cream legbar yes. Were talking to someone and garydean about getting another one

I am de worming my legbar hens incase worms were the cause, the hens seem to be very healthy. Nothing seems to be wrong, so maybe it was worms? How often should chickens be de wormed?
