Can someone explain the difference between the old line and the new line or suggest a link? Thanks!

Gotcha! The old line was imported with egg laying ability in mind, it appears that from their research GFF felt that a blue egg laying chicken couldn't really compete with Ameraucanas or EEs already in the US if they didn't lay well. But there was immediately a bit of an outcry that the US also wants birds that can meet a standard- the most natural one to use is the one in place in the UK. Those first few lines did not conform very well to the UK standard color-wise. So they imported another line of Cream Legbars (which is a lengthy and expensive process that requires quite a lot of work from both the sellers and the buyers). As far as how the new line will lay, no one knows, but it is supposed to be much more in line with the UK standard for Cream Legbars color-wise.
