I can adjust temp, but it glitches 1-2-3° sometimes 4° higher or lower then what it should be.

Yep, no comb growth yet. Covert feathers overlap secondaries, points to a pullet.

I've had roosters like that (Buff Orpington dad/Rarred Rock, or now Dominique hen offspring), and other different colored barred roosters.
