I'll be hatching more project chicks, eggs are due to hatch on the 21st. I do have one due to hatch on the 5th, but that one I believe I accidentally grabbed the wrong egg. Won't know til it hatches.

New baby chick just hatched today. It's a Porcelain D'Uccle X Silver Duckwing OEGB cross.

Guessing the parents weren't chocolate but you've hatched another freak of nature mutation?

I was talking about the down coloring, not it going to be chocolate when it grows up.

Updates on my Blue "Mottled" Ancona chick.

She was 10 weeks when these pictures where taken, she's about 12 weeks old, & has darker solid blue feathers growing in on her back instead of white spotting.
