How are you planning to do this?

The OP posted a picture of a porcelain silkie a while back.

I'm planning to use my large silkie roo, to breed with some of my brahmas. My brahmas turned out to be all pullets. To get silkies feathers, I'll have to do a sibling breeding, then back to the parent. Then do the same thing with the next batch of siblings, then breed them to the parent bred ones. That will produce a pure line of silkied feathers upon brahmas. I might have to repeat a couple more times to produce silkie chicken face features that won't be brahma like, plus strengthen black skin pigment, and polydactily/Five toes on each foot.

Looks more like a blue mottled. My black mottled Serama feathered in the same way.

Speaking of tuxedo... I need Tuxedo Coturnix Although my pharaohs are doing well, I love the tuxedo pattern.... Guess I’ll hit up online hatching eggs because no one has them locally (that I’ve found).
