I have the tablets. I don't have vitamin E.

Can you get Vitamin E? I would go ahead with the B-Complex but get the E started as soon as you can - see if that makes any difference in a couple of days.

Does your B-Complex contain Niacin?

I would be hesitant to use the Niacinamide that you posted since it also contains Calcium, not sure if that's good for a duckling or not.

The B Complex contains 25mg of Niacin.

I ordered the other thing already since I didn't have more time to wait for an answer. In the short run, I doubt the calcium will be harmful.

I am not great at math so someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

21mg of calcium is 2.1% calcium content. Dissolve that in a gallon of water and estimate that the duckling drinks a pint a day and that duckling would not be consuming a high concentration of calcium.

Update: She is doing fine Still got a minor head tilt, but she is thriving!
