Crispy Fried Chicken... I finally got it!! Now with ***PICTURES***

Looking good Squish. Gotta get your cellphone camera out Hon, that's what I shoot all my food pics with. I thought those first two pictures were taken of the night sky... Cudos on your perseverance...

I'm also particularly grateful to whoever posted the Secret Recipe spice mix. Always fascinated by that kind of thing because all my youth my Dad would take me to The Plant where he worked (Newly Weds Foods, look them up in Yahoo) and seeing men experiment with coatings and seasonings in The Lab I am sure is what got me cooking.
Thank You

Yeah, the legs were more difficult to cook for me too! For those, I ended up flipping them more than a couple times, which I didn't have to do for the boneless meat. I'm trying breast meat next time. Can't wait!

I think this would work VERY WELL with fish. We were talking about that as we were eating it! I'd say a firmer white fish, of course. It would be amazing!!

I've since done this recipe with cod - came out great! I also made it again (with chicken) the night before last!

This recipe should be a sticky!!!!!

I'm about to share it again!
