Finished it! It should fit perfectly for 6m size. I had some pretty mother of pearl buttons laying around so that's what I used on it.

We went down when he was born but was only able to see him for about 20 minutes...both baby and mama needed to rest. So did Daddy. We are going down tomorrow to see him and his big brother who is three. He seems to be taking the new addition great. Made him a elf hat also.

Did you use the same pattern? Yours is way cuter looking!!! I know you were going to change the sleeves but the whole thing looks better then the pattern picture.

That's so funny... I LOVE how defined the one on the pattern page is, my stitches/clusters were more bulky because I used 2 strands of yarn(like the pattern suggested!) I have started on a second one and plan to use beige for the yoke & possibly green for the body/sleeves.... I might throw some pink in there but we will see! The yoke seems to take forever because it's about 6 rows of a bazillion DC

I wanted to try to make a pinafore dress but the pattern i found is NB size only, i have to find a new one or at least find a good, simple pattern for how to make a yoke(the one for the sweater doesn't work out)
