Start with adjustable ring
Round 1 Ch 3, 17 DC in ring (18)
Round 2 Ch 3, 2 DC in each ST join (36)
Round 3 CH 1, Sc in backloop of each ST join (36)
Round 4 CH 1, SC in bothloops of each ST join (36)
Round 5 CH 2, HDC in each ST join (36)
Round 6-7 Repeat Round 5
Round 8 CH 3, DC in each ST join (36)
Round 9 Repeat round 8
Round 10 CH 3, Skip next stitch, DC in next ST repeat around join
Round 11 CH 3, SC in next ST repeat around join into bottom of first CH 3. finish off
Make 2 ties CH 60 for each tie
Weave in one tie under/over posts tie ends together, repeat with next tie but start directly opposite of first tie.
