Poor Darlin! The only rash mine ever got was chicken pox.

Kim behave yourself! Now I'm craving an ice cream and I am 45 minutes from town and everything is closed this late anyway.

JK, sometimes talking about treats is almost as good as enjoying them. My thing lately has been frozen yogurt. Now this has never been a thrill for me but there is a new place in town called U-Swirl. OMG their yogurt is to die for! You put it together yourself and they have a ton of toppings! My favorite toppings are the fresh strawberries and chopped almonds with honey on top (they have 4 different kinds of nuts, and lots of fruits as well and about a dozen sauces and a bunch of other goodies like brownie and cake bites, gummies, sprinkles, cookies...). But strawberries don't go with my latest favorite flavor, Girl Scout thin mint cookie!

I'll bag them and tag them for ya.

Sunny~ Oh I know exactly what kind of frozen yogurt place you are talking about. OMG!!!! So YUMMY!!!! It's self serve w/ a million of yummy flavors and topping to choose from and you pay by the ounce. Well in my case maybe almost by the pound!!!

We have a new one in our area called Orange Leaf and boy is it a new hot spot for all ages! Talking about evil yummy good! The weekend of our Girl Scout Cookie Caravan we sold in front of there and I couldn't beieve the amounts of people coming and going even on a cold, wet day. You could see the sheer joy on their face as they were approaching.

The place I went to is just a little local ice cream place that also has sherbet, but I get the evil stuff. It's only open seasonal and will close on Oct 31st and it's pay by cash only. I usually only go once a year right before it closes to get my fix, but I've already been several times this year.

I will most likely take my DD this weekend to get their season pumpkin flavored before they close. Yea....no self control lately!

Just kidding!

Muller~ I've never seen Warehouse 13. I had to look it up, but I love shows like that. Looks like it's right up my alley!

I'll have to check it out! So funny....bag them & tag them!!!

well I've had a frazzled start to the week as well. My DD informed me this morning that I bought dog food instead of cat food and have been trying to feed it to my Winky boy for days. Geeze...oh wonder he has been crabbing at me. I didn't believe her and had to pull the bag out of it's container to see for myself. I've been struggling w/ the realization that I might need glasses. Guess it's time to be rechecked. Now I can't make fun of hubby for buying the wrong flavor of dog food for the dogs a few weeks ago. What a pair we are!!!!

Hmmmm.....I wonder where all the swappers are lately? It's wee bit quieter than usual on here.

Oh yea, I was curious how many swappers ended up doing 2 sets?

I have an apt over in St. Louis today, but will check back in with everyone tonight. I hope every one has a wonderful Hump Day!!!!

Here's some pics for your viewing pleasure since we are ALL picturaholics! Just click the pic to enlarge! Enjoy~

Here's Muller's (Cyndi) cute lil' "Jack in the Box" package~

Her adorable unique way of tagging. She put 2 squares in a baggie and pinned one of her farm business cards to the outside of each bag.

Here's Mimm's (Donna) unique tagging. She also has 2 squares tied together as well. It reads crocheting from the heart! I love it!

Here's her unique, very smart light weight package. I wish I would have taken a pic of it before I ripped into it. She had the whole thing wrapped in white packaging paper and then it was enforced with the white packing tape. A brilliant idea to be lighter weight, cost efficient since hers had to be mailed all the way from Canada.

Here's a view from the top.

All of you ladies are so creative and talented!!!! Oh we are going to have some really AWESOME projects made out of these Fall Squares!!! They are ALL SOooo Gorgeous!!! I feel like Gollum from Lord of the Rings. Oh my precious!!!

My squares went out today!

My poor babe has strep and an ear infection (despite having tubes!).

I can't wait to get my squares. They all look beautiful.

Yep! That's the place Kim! Pay by the ounce. Sounds cheap til you realize how many ounces you've racked up by the time you get to the cashier but a great marketing technique! Nobody can complain about the cost since we "control" how much we get.

We should start a crochet shop and charge by the gram!

Oh and I'm doing 2 sets. Still not finished but once I get this weekend out of the way (Hubby's 60th b-day) I'll be able to finish them in 2 days easy cause I'm very nearly done.

I think I did the same flower pattern last year for the bright colored spring fling swap. The other pattern is so unique. I love it! Can you share that one with me?
