Crop help please!!

My 19 week old silkie has what I think is sour crop. She’s quarantining, has been for 3 days. She’s drinking fine and she eats eggs with avocado oil a few times a day. She is way more lively (as in acting normal) and no longer gasps for breath at all. Her crop has gone down but still feels and looks big and feels inflated like a balloon.
How long does sour crop take to heal? Is there a chance that she just has crop issues and this isn’t sour crop? She seems to be fine eating egg every day, but I know if I gave her chicken food her crop would swell up huge again and she’d be gasping. Not sure how long I should give her to get better....

Sour crop will make the bird have sour smelling breath.

What are crop worms?
