Don't worry too much about sour crop at the moment and let's hope it's not that but if it is you will notice a fermenting smell and possibly a bubbling sound in her crop and we'll that's really a very bad thing and at that point needs imediate veterenary care because it's pretty far gone at that point and the crop contents starts to rot, causing thickening and inflamation of the crop wall and poisening of the blood stream in severe case, so ideally this needs to be treated like an emergency as the longer a bird caint process food the more likley they are to sadly not make it, I don't think twice if I notice a crop impaction or a squishy crop I give ducolax and plenty of water imediatley without delay and repeat till crop it totally flat against body which I cheak in morning before the bird has eaten anything. For birds that have a habbit of eating shavings it's a good idea to give them lots of healthy treats till they grow out of there obsession buy providingsome fresh watermelon or cantalope halves for them to eat, this is great for keeping a dehydrated bird (hydrated), I really hope she's going to be okay poor thing, speckeled susexx are amazing I used to have a girl myself and she was soo friendly and adventurous
