crop problem, need urgent help with my beloved rooster

Is he still snorting water through his nares when he drinks?

Did you get the molasses yet? If you have Epsom salts, you can do a flush with that. Mix 5ml Epsoms salts into 30ml warm water and have him drink it all. It will flush out his intestines and gizzard and help the crop issue.

yes he does, looks very scary when he gets water involuntarily.

no it has not arrived yet, I do not have that kind of salt either and I would have to order that too which would take a long time.

Epsom salts is magnesium sulfate, not really salt. It is usually found in a pharmacy and is used as a soak for sore muscles or as a laxative when used internally. If you have a pharmacy near you, that is an easy place to buy it.

I think his main problem is an obstruction that's preventing food from moving through his digestive system. Nutrients are not absorbed and he can be slowly starving. This is one step that could help him get back to normal unless something more serious is going on.

I read about epsom salt, I ordered it too. I live in a small village where the supply of goods is not very large so most things you need in addition to food must be ordered online.

if he had a tumor that blocks internally, shouldn't he feel very bad then? trying to believe and hoping it should not be something serious.

We cannot know if there's a tumor. Tumors don't make a chicken sick until it causes secondary issues such as malnutrition, poor immune system responses, and when it metastasizes, organ failure.

While waiting for the supplies to arrive, keep offering grit and coconut oil. Your only real choice is to assume this is a temporary blockage and do everything you can to help him get unblocked.

If none of this works, then you may have to assume he has a tumor.

One other thing, a very remote possibility, is gape worms. These worms live in the throat and you would be able to see them by prying his beak open wide and shining a light into his throat. They would be treated with a worming medicine.

but his crop has not been completely empty in three weeks tomorrow. and he has always seemed to measure quite as usual?
and tomorrow he has been in a cage for a week without having emptied his crop.
he crow every morning as usual and when he hears his girls, he is alert and wants to hang out with me all the time.

That's not a good sign. It may indicate an infection in his intestines that is causing corrosion of the lining. He may have picked up E.coli bacteria and this may be what's causing his problems or at least some.

Look online under pigeon supplies for a bird sulfa. This is what you want. https://www.ourpetwarehouse.com/trimethoprim-sulfa-powder/bird-racing-pigeons-treatment-364.aspx

We aren't vets here. I'm going on personal experience and knowledge of my own chickens getting sick with similar symptoms and what has worked to make them better. This antibiotic is just one more thing to try to treat his symptoms in order to find something that will work.

I have baycox at home, medicine for coccidios, can it help if it is urgent ??

Baycox is an anti-parasitic. It's a coccidiostat. In the US we have Corid we use for coccidia. It can't hurt him in case coccidia are what is causing the intestinal corrosion. Give it to him and see if that causes his poop to improve.
