crop problem, need urgent help with my beloved rooster

He may have an obstruction farther down in his gizzard causing the regurgitation. Do you have coconut oil? It's the easiest oil to use. Chilled slightly, it becomes solid and you can form balls that you can slip into his beak and let him swallow. Try that and then massage the crop focusing on the lumps. Try to break it up with your fingers, but be gentle. If he regurgitates when you do this, do not continue the massage.

Later, when the crop is mostly empty, you can give him a molasses flush. One-fourth cup of warm water with a teaspoon of molasses. Give it to him with no other water source until he drinks it all. This will stimulate his intestines to move material through and out of his system.
I give him coconut oil daily and massage. he thinks the massage is nice :)

I have ordered molasses for him coming this week. so then I try it.

do you have any idea why he gets water out of his beak when he has just drunk and bends his head down?

It would most likely be because he has a full crop and there isn't room in it for anything else. An obstruction farther down his digestive tract can also affect the crop not emptying.

An obstruction can be anything - undigested material or a tumor.

Okay, I sincerely hope that it is not a tumor or other serious illness that is doing this to him.

his crop is very small and soft, not liquid-filled but only soft, well due to the fact that he only gets soft food.
this morning was the first time his crop was soft, otherwise it has felt like a little ball.
I hope it is positive.

thanks again for taking the time for my questions and giving me such great advice on how to do! I appreciate it so much

One other possibility. He could have lesions in his mouth that is preventing fluids from trickling down his esophagus. Open his beak wide and look inside. Look for any bumps or crusty material coating his moth and throat.

If you see anything but clean pink tissue, try to describe it.

I could not see anything abnormal in his mouth or throat, fine pink tissue.

this morning his crop was a little smaller than yesterday but still not empty.
he shouts for his girls directly he hears them and they shout for him. I long for him to come out again.

but I have a poop question though
he has started pooping like this (see picture)
he pooped completely normally from Wednesday night until Saturday.
what can you say based on his poop?

This is from the night

Are you providing grit while you have him confined? He still needs it in his gizzard to process what he eats.

The poop suggests he's sick. But if he's behaving normally and seems alert and active, it may just be a digestive issue and not an infection. If he's behaving lethargically, he may need an antibiotic.

he has a bowl of grit in his cage, even outside they have small bowls everywhere that they eat grit from.

he has been more tired yesterday and today and does not want to eat soaked pellets or scrambled eggs.
so I tried to give him regular pellets and he ate it happily.
he is otherwise alert and himself

You might want to try to obtain an antibiotic and be ready to start him on it if he becomes more lethargic and the poop persists.

What are all the ingredients in the athlete's foot cream you're giving him?

The active substance is miconazole nitrate 20 mg per gram
The other ingredients are pegoxol 7 stearate, oleoyl macrogol glycerides, liquid paraffin, benzoic acid (E210), butylhydroxyanisole (E320) and water.

do not know how to get it prescribed by a veterinarian..
