I'll have jersey giant/naked neck, cross eggs in the incubator this weekend.

Couple crosses I've always thought would be interesting, the biggest and tallest birds crossed. Jersey giant crossed with Malay or Shamo.

Another, La Fleche with their V shaped horns comb, crossed with Ayam Cemani, imagine a black skinned bird with devils horns lol.

I crossed a a few yrs ago, white Silkie and white Jersey Giant. Got a couple good broodies out of it. Had the idea of large fowl silkie. Abandoned the project though, mine didn't hatch silkie feathered, and only some of them fibro/black skin. I used tractor supply hatchery silkies, I have a hunch they were not pure bred to begin with.
If I was to give it a go again I'd use good pure bred for sure Silkie show quality, and Cochin, they are pretty big also, and already have feathered feet, think it would be a better cross for possible large fowl Silkies.

I’m back with some updates on my first round of crossbred bantams. Check these guys out at 3.5 months old! Both roos were Japanese, either buff or white.
