I talked with Nifty, and have an idea... your feedback is appreciated.
One central location everyone will know is where Dave Wulff's office is, because if they are exhibiting they will have to check in there and if they are only visiting, they can still find "the" office. So what I propose is why not put up a poster (a big one) for BYC, in the hallway from the office into the show hall, where those that are there can sign it and let everyone know where they will be, what they are wearing, what birds they are showing (so we can oogle each other's entries) and so forth. Maybe put down a time where/when you'd like to gather for a, well, BYC gathering. I don't think Dave Wulff would mind, and if this is something everyone thinks would work, I can call Dave and get the official OK from him. Perhaps have a pocket on the poster of BYC name tags and peeps can grab one and put their name on. That way, if an official gathering isn't possible, at least we will know one another when we pass in the aisles.
